Fast-rising Nigerian music act, Ladipoe, has bagged a nomination for the Best International Flow at the 2021 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Ladipoe has been impressive for the past 18 months, with two hit tracks ‘Know You’ (featuring Simi), and ‘Feeling’ (featuring Buju).
The Nigerian rapper was nominated alongside other global acts such as Nasty C (South Africa), Gazo (France), Little Simz (UK), Dave (UK), Xam (Brazil), and Laylow (France).
Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has won the award category in the past, and the entertainment industry in Africa is hopeful that Ladipoe or Nasty C wins the prize this time.
