Tacha Says Her AMVCA Dress Cost ₦140 Million

Apart from the anticipation about stars that will win awards on every night of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA), the event is undoubtedly one of the biggest fashion showcases in Africa as stars in the entertainment industry grace the red carpet with trailblazing outfits to make bold fashion statements.

Reality TV star Tacha is aware of the demands that accompany the red carpet of the AMVCA and does not shy away from living up to the billing.

Last year, the Big Brother Naija star said she wore a $20,000 costume to the event, which caught the attention of fashion enthusiasts on the continent.

This year, the reality star-turned-media personality said she spent $100,000 on her dress for the 10th anniversary of the AMVCA, which was held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos State on Saturday night.

Tacha made the revelation when she was quizzed by content creator Timi Agbaje about the cost of her outfit.

“Last year, you wore a $20,000 outfit to the AMVCA. How much did this outfit cost?” Agbaje asked Tacha.

“It’s $100,000 or nothing, bro,” she replied.

Tacha wore an all-white stoned dress designed with a floating bust on her shoulders and laced with a flowing cape to the event.

She complemented the dress with a matching bust handbag and exuded grace and poise with the flowing cape that billowed behind her every step.

Without a doubt, Tacha has a style of gaining attention in her public appearances, and she has further set the bar high with her AMVCA outing.
