Nigerian rapper, Lil Frosh, has been remanded in police custody since Thursday, February 4, 2020, over accusations of assault on his ex-girlfriend and video vixen, Gift. It will be recalled that in October 2020, Gift’s brother and manager had called out Lil Frosh for physically abusing his sister, noting that he has brought noting but pain and horror to her.
The vixen’s brother claimed that the artiste would lock his sister up in a room, beat her mercilessly, and pour water on her. He went further to reveal that Lil Frosh in some cases recorded Gift naked and threatened to release the footages online.
Following these accusations, Davido (owner of Davido Music Worldwide) did not spare anytime in terminating Lil Frosh’s contract with DMW.
On Thursday, Lil Frosh was invited by the police for questioning and has been placed in custody since then. Lil Frosh’s friend, Zinolesky has voiced support for the rapper and called for his release.
